I think England has the best system. Its one of the governments where people, including the prime minister, get together and yell at eachother. lol "YEA!!!!!!" "NAI!!!!!" "AHHHHH!!!!!" You couldn't get Bush in a room with the rest of his cabinet at once and have them yell at eachother.
