Following a weird twisted logic:

If you hit a person weaker than you, he or she will want you to stop, but if he or she cannot make you stop by hitting you back, then he or she will either strive to a) become stronger than you, thus benefiting them or b) find some other means to avoid/outsmart you thus benefiting you or them.

 

Umm...for me none is despicable...it all depends on situation really

 

Neither of these is an answer to me. I don't hit anyone for any reason other than self protection. To hit anyone for no reason would be very stupid to do for they can sue you and call the police to arrest you for assault and battery which means you'd end up serving allot of time in jail.

I wouldn't hit anybody preemptively myself but if I were inclined to hit someone why would I want to hit someone that could possibly hit me harder.

 

The second one. The weaker person can at least hit back.

 

Definitely the second. Just because someone's weaker than you doesn't mean they can't hurt you. In fact, that's my philosophy about getting my ass beat, that I'm going to hurt the other person enough to gain their respect.

 

#2 is more dangerous, because the person MIGHT hit back eventually....

 

#1 is worse. That person has no choice about being weak, whereas the other guy (for some reason) chooses to not hit back.

Of course, what if the physically weaker person actually knows judo? So long as the physical disparity is not too great, they still might kick your ass.

 

Always remember that there's someone bigger than you are out there and sometimes people hold a grudge for a very long time.

No its no worse for a women to hit a guy because he wont hit back than it is for a man to hit a women because she is physically weaker.

The are both common law assult and should be delt with by the courts EXACTLY the same
