If you are so smart why do you live in an area known for fires, earthquakes and hurricane force winds? It would seem any prudent person would choose a location to live that would be a nice place to live without the worry of destruction to ones property and life.

Malibu is paradise. Having a place on the ocean is heavenly. I don't care what anyone thinks. It's worth the risk of hell-like weather to have a place there. Plus it's just a house. Just a gift from God to enjoy when I'm there. :)

I can't get my head round this problem you have with PMs.
If they are argumentative, ask the person to argue on-forum.
If they are offensive, forward them to a moderator with a complaint.

I think that the reason you left before was because of this.
Surely using PMs as a method of bullying is against the forum rules.
If not, it should be. Really PMs should only be friendly, or for clarification.
The rules covering their content should be stricter than forum rules
because they are by definition personal.
