Austin, imo, is one of the better cities in Texas. San Antonio is right up there with it, along with Corpus Christi.

It can be. Just depends. So many factors. Down here, at least in West Texas where there are a lot of farmers, it is common for people to wave at each other as they pass each other on the roads in their pick-ups (Ford, Chevy or Dodge, it's a bit of a rivalry type thing). Hee Hee. Most people are nice, imo.

I was at my aunts place in Georgia, a small county called Athens, people have this habbit(the one who drives the car) of waving at people who they pass by, pedestrians especially. and you would hear a Hi from a nice looking girl who doesnt even know you! (God heart beat skips even thinking of it ;)). things like dont happen in NYC, even in NJ.God Downtowns people are really Cold i guess...they have loads of things to worry about...

Yeah, I lived in NY for 4 years, and things were definitely different there than they are here. For some reason though, I liked NY a lot. Especially NYC. Once I got used to the new rules, it was quite, I don't know, exhilarating. Hated college too, so maybe that made getting away into the city or the surrounding country seem better than it actually was though. I was young and naive too. :)

I drove home one break though, during my senior year, when we were allowed to have cars. I had New York plates on my car. So! I get home, and people treat me like shit. People I don't know of course. People tell me to go back to New York. I give them the finger and get pissed off, feeling offended. So, everything is relative. Every situation is different.

I still have fond memories of New York though. I learned how to ride English saddle there, as opposed to western saddle here. I loved riding through the woods there in the Autumn when all the leaves were changing and seeing a deer through the woods and chasing it. Or trying to. :D They were fast. Loved the country, the winding roads, the old stone fences that separated fields. The green hills. The brisk winter nights. Etc. Etc. Some very good memories.

Yeah, but i think NYC's babes are real dolls. You know they are THE BEST!. you walk around and get a rush of blood or something...everyone of them is beautiful enough spend a life time or something, the experience is just amazing... And you wonder about each one of them...And you can bet each one of them knows how hot they are and all men are always staring at their bods and they are always kind of ignore their stares,that makes them look even better (i am crazy man ;))...(unless off course they are ...you know what i mean)...

When I was in NY, which was from 88-92, all we needed was a driver's liscence to get into Canada. Nowadays, hell. I don't know. I haven't left the states since 99. Proabably a lot different now, especially after 9/11. Do a google search for something like: Canada Visitor's Bureau Border Requirements. Take at least 4 days though, if you can. That should be just barely enough time to have some fun. Longer if possible, but a long weekend would proabably be pretty nice. :D
