I really don't understand why starbucks uses such misleading names but those are what I'll go by. For those who don't know, "tall" means small, "grande" means medium, and "venti" means large.

Avatar 03-10-05, 10:47 PM I don't drink coffee too. sargentlard 03-10-05, 11:23 PM I, also, do not drink coffee.... unless I have sex. My Sexy Blue Feet 03-10-05, 11:39 PM I'm a caffeine addict in a big big way. I like my herbal teas as well, specially chia, but give me coffee..... Dr Lou Natic 03-10-05, 11:40 PM I don't drink coffee... either :bugeye: I thought I was the only person in the world. spuriousmonkey 03-10-05, 11:59 PM I didn't use to drink coffee. I thought it smelled like pee. Now that I am old I lost most of my taste buds and started to drink coffee once in a while. Maybe you lose you sense of taste and smell later in life to protect yourself. Because it has been postulated that people start to smell stronger when they are older. It seems sensible that they have to be de-sensitized for certain odours. And Dr Lou, welcome back. I missed reading your posts (how sad am I?). My Sexy Blue Feet 03-11-05, 12:08 AM I, also, do not drink coffee.... unless I have sex. Just out of curiousity, and i am aware i may regret asking this, but how does sex alter your outlook on caffiene goodness? Dr Lou Natic 03-11-05, 12:10 AM I missed reading my posts too  kazakhan 03-11-05, 03:46 AM I don't drink coffee, that stuff will kill you I tells ya :D vslayer 03-11-05, 07:37 AM bleargh, i dont trust other people to prepare my food, especially those untrained unhygenic societal warts that get employed in coffee shops Gondolin 03-11-05, 12:41 PM Grande Caramel Macchiato!!!! spuriousmonkey 03-11-05, 01:00 PM bleargh, i dont trust other people to prepare my food, especially those untrained unhygenic societal warts that get employed in coffee shops Yes, and never order cream or any food item that could camouflage human excretions. Tezcatlipoca's Hat 03-11-05, 02:12 PM Spurious, I don't eat at Taco Bell for those very reasons. Too many giggling malcontents, not enough Health Department scrutiny. Blech. I don't drink coffee. Despite being a nigh-on decrepit 29, I still think it smells like pee. That said, I do love the caffiene. Stash Super Irish Breakfast tea, preferably in a travel mug (dozens of ruined sketchbooks tell the sad tale of tea drinking without a lid). vslayer 03-12-05, 04:46 AM yea, i have the same problem trying to take a thermos to school, so i end up having to burn my throat with hot tea/coffe then run to the bus-stop. of course i could get up earlier, but that would be less fun and welcome back Tezcatlipoca, havent seen you in a while purple_hairstreak 03-12-05, 01:04 PM funny. for a thread with the word "coffee" prominently displayed in its title, most of the people here don't drink coffee. Including me! :D |
