I was just curious on what this hum or buzz or kinda PING noise that's going on in my head could be. I mean there's three different sounds at once going on. One's a low pitched hum kinda and whats an extremely high pitched ping and the other is a rotating buzz at medium pitch.

Any ideas?

Haven't you found out what your ear condition is yet??
It could be part and parcel of what is causing your slight dis-orientation with your surroundings as well as the slight depression you have had of late ( unless you get the christmas blues ? )
Seek another opinion and more tests.

I went to several doctors. They still haven't found exactly what's causing the ringing or where it's coming from.
