go to Start -> Run, type "winipcfg" without the quotes and hit enter. There should be a field with your IP address. It changes every time you log on to the net, well, not exactly. the first two numbers always stay the same. The last numbers change. By the first two numbers people can find what is your ISP. Each number cannot exceed 255. To find other people addresses start talking with someone on ICQ, then open a dos shell and type netstat -n. It will list all the connections made between your computer and other computers. Look at the "Foreign Address". Oh, and before doing it leave only ICQ running. Close all programs that require a connection to the internet (like an internet browser) so that you could isolate an IP from the list. In the "Foreign Address" column you can see an IP address followed by a column and then a number. This number is the port. If it's 80, ignore it, coz it's almost always used by web browsers. Look for an unconventional port. ICQ has no constant ports. It could be something like 1037 or 1554 or something like that. Once you isolate it, that's the IP address of the one you're talking to on ICQ. There are hundreds of different ways to find peoples' IP numbers. Try looking for it in hacker sites.
