In my oppinion.

Life is not only what you do, to others or to yourself.

Life is also what others do to you...You can do amazing things here in life, but others do to. One have to keep his eyes opened so that he don't miss the actions of others.

Life is not only what you make of it, it is also what life makes you a part of and what you let life make you a part of. Sometimes it is not you that are living your life, but life that moves you along.

Stay awake, do what you should, or else your life might just pass away.

Do you remember Yesterday? Be clear, look at the details, at night you get the whole picture. We just don't miss out on anything, but why dream of the details when it is the small things that you can change and do something about? A simple conversation when war is roaming.

hmm what is life about. As one would say the meaning of life is quite simple:

"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."

Ecclesiastes 12:13I believe you are right, it is meaningful to fear God and to keep his commandments.

Life is a noun, not a verb. You just stated everything life IS NOT. Due to the nature and complexity of life, it's probably not even definable.

The meaning of life could include nothing, everything and all in between.
