Doctor of philosophy is equal to a doctor's degree according to it. I had to study much more for my philosophy doctorate than a doctor had for his right to charge a lot. madanthonywayne 10-18-07, 03:03 AM Anyway i cant vote cos i have a Batchelors ( 3years) and 2 MSc's and your poll does nt give this option + and an AOQC quality assuarance auditor and not to mention i have my forlift truck licence for both counter balance and reach trucks:D Man, Zak. Sorry amdAnt for causing you all these probs!!! ~~~~~~~~ cheers zak Plazma Inferno! 10-18-07, 03:13 AM I've tried to edit it to multi poll option, but it won't go. Because we probably have members with more than one level, i.e. PhD + MSc, MA + Bachelor, etc. in different fields. Anyway, I'm Bachelor - 2 fields of study (4 + 1 years) - In most of EU countries this level is recognized as MSc. I am still waiting for approval. madanthonywayne 10-18-07, 12:25 PM Anyway, I'm Bachelor - 2 fields of study (4 + 1 years) - In most of EU countries this level is recognized as MSc. I am still waiting for approval. I wondered what that was when Zak mentioned it. Mods, feel free to add more options to the poll. I'd never heard of an MSc. spuriousmonkey 10-18-07, 01:39 PM I wondered what that was when Zak mentioned it. Mods, feel free to add more options to the poll. I'd never heard of an MSc. Msc is basically the same as a medical doctor. mikenostic 10-18-07, 01:42 PM While I don't have an actual associate's degree, I do have several certifications in IT, along with IT schooling and training that I recieved in the military. I would consider all that equivalent to an associate's degree. My income is also above the national average for someone with an IT associate's degree as well. Ghost_007 10-18-07, 02:59 PM Graduated this summer (Bachelors). Won't be studying further, costs too much, doesn't make much of a difference to how how much you are likely to earn and quite frankly, I just can't be bothered. shichimenshyo 10-18-07, 03:01 PM Some college makes me seem like a dropout so I didnt asnwer but I am currently in college MacGyver1968 10-18-07, 03:03 PM I graduated from the school of hard knocks...Does that count?
