i have no idea why this came to mind but sometimes i get these random thoughts. . I actually heard this from a neighbour last yr. In that case they met on an online dating site and talked for over a yr before they met. Okay the scenario is you meet someone and get to know them and get along great.
You take it slow.....become really attatched and fall in love. You then start to get intimate and this person tells you that they had a sex change, what would you do?

Make it clear that there are strictly NO hard feelings, then ask them if they fancy a pint.

Call me superficial (because I am), but it would depend entirely on what they looked like. If they looked like Hayley Cropper it totally wouldn't bother me that they used to have a lovely, big, hairy cock. I mean, look at Roy. He married it.

PS I'm aware of the fact that none of you have the foggiest idea what I'm blithering about. So what?

If I got together with Jessica Alba, and found out she had been born a man, it would not be a deal breaker.

But the odds of a transsexual being that attractive are extremely slim. I'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than of falling in love with a beautiful TS unknowingly.

You're a transsexual! Wait, pre op or post op? - Quagmire

Reminds me of "The Crying Game", except that didn't even have a sex change. Which also leads me to ask, are we finding out before or after oral sex, and was it really good?

It's a difficult question for me. In the movie, our protagonist had oral sex before finding out, and enjoyed it, which probably anyone would if they didn't know. Maybe it is just best not to think about these things.

Most people won't admit it, but I think it is really tricky. Here is a good example:

I never get tired of showing people that picture and then filling them in that he has a penis. It works really well on guys who have things for asians.

All I know is...it depends entirely on the circumstance. So, I would not automatically reject her(?).

I didn't say there are no attractive TS women. But by far most of the ones I've seen either still look like men in a dress, or unattractive women. Only a small percentage of women in general are beautiful, the percentage of beautiful TS women is very small.

IMO our body did not evolve to deal with such complications and trickery. The fact that anybody can be fooled is enough to show that it isn't really deviant on the part of the regular person. My guess is people can be equally deceptive with their personality as well. i.e., take on the role of a feminine personality, whatever THAT is supposed to be.

How... if the testicles are removed (a necessary part of a sex change), as well as the penis, obviously not.

(I assume that is what you are talking about)

Pretty much. No fully grown guy is going to have the head of an attractive female. I don't know if an attractive scenario is even really a possibility with my tastes. Jessica Alba is also pretty much also the only acceptable scenario for me

If you're just interacting as friends and one friend falls in love with the other, that can be an excruciatingly difficult situation even without extra complexities. It could just as easily turn out that the woman is gay, or has completely sworn off sex. Women who have had certain kinds of drastic surgery because of incurable infections are incapable of it. Or she just might not "like you that way."

So if it turns out she is actually capable and interested in having sex with you, and the only teeny little problem is that she is a transsexual, maybe you should look at the glass as half full. At least you get a choice.

But if you "become intimate" and you only find out about the transsexual surgery at the last minute, then I'd say there's been some really drastic deception going on. As soon as she senses the spectre of romance in the air, I'd say it's her duty to let you in on the secret.

I can see that being a cause of confusion. "Real" women are stereotyped as being so much more sensitive than us, we assume they know how we feel before we know it. Our feelings never surprise them. A transsexual woman might not have that skill. You assume that she's a born-that-way woman and that she knows how you feel, and you're wrong on both counts. Bummer!
What little information I've stumbled across on this topic indicates that they don't remove the prostate, and they route the new vagina next to it. That allows for a certain amount of physical stimulation. But removal of the testes renders them technically a eunuch, and ensures that they will never be able to you-know-what.
