These photos are not for the faint of heart! Follow the link below and then the three links you see there.

Does anyone have any REAL knowledge of what probably caused this damage? If not depleted uranium, like is suggested, I can only think of microwave radiation.
Well, even if you haven't seen this before, what's your opinion?

A. Fuel Air Explosives, want your steak medium or well done?

B. "steel rain", Anti personel cluster bomblets, they rip soft targets (read humans) to shreds while not penetrating thick armour

C. Depleted uranium ammo creates a hot thermal cloud of fragments after piercing thick armour (so you would only expect that kind of related damage to tankdrivers)
Low yield nukes ??? Can't rule it out completely, as a war is the perfect occaission to test some new clandestine weaponery, but as you can see there are plenty other WMD in the usa arsenal, in fact many more in usa possession than supposedly to be found in iraq
:p

Notice the clothes are not burned. What other than microwaves can scorch the flesh and leave the clothes unburnt? I've never seen the effects of a neutron bomb, thou.
I heard a comment that American uniforms could be identified in the pics, but I don't know which ones.

In some cases (like the pieces of meat on the highway), the owner of the pieces, could have been hurled by the severe pressure of the FAE blast to another location, this location might not contain many other signs of explainable damage. the scene of the crime could be actually somewhere else.
The missing incinerated ashes are spread by the FAE fireball over a large area and can not always be backtracked.
The clothing, very good point!
In cases where bone etc. was melted we also see that the clothing was damaged, in the case wihere the clothing was remarkable intact and the poor dudes got "only" second degree burns on faces/hands etc we have to consider that the up to 1000 PSI FAE blastwave was the prime cause of death (or the vacume aftermath that rips out your lungs). Perhaps they were at the edges of the blast where pressure dominates over very high temperatures. At that spot clothes can take more than flesh and because humans carry so much water in their blood , our blood actually act as a (sick) cooling agent for our clothes while our flesh burns. These puddles of blood partially also account for the "shadows" surrounding some of the bodies, it could be blood that dried, leaving the iron oxides etc in our blood to leave stains on the ground.
The Trucktire that is in such remarkable good conditions indeed confirms, that the truck was struck by some sort of short heavy flash (llike in a nuke), otherwise, if it was burning in gasoline fire in a timeframe of say 15 minutes, you could expect the tire to be melted/affected. This flash however could well be from an FAE instead of a nuke. Notice that the steel cap around the tire can cause turbulence (less than optimal spread of the fuel aerosol) and therefore could have minimized the impact.
