IF your eyes are the windows to your soul, then how does this affect the visually impared.??. and more so do the visually impared dream??? And if so what do they SEE if they've never experienced sight before????

Do they dream of smells, texture?????

I read in the book "Do fish Drink Water?" that blind people who lose their sight having already seen before stilld o dream while having visions. However, for people that were born blind, they dream of sounds, feelings, smells, etc. --but no visions.
