I checked out four books from the library today: two science ones, Science and Creationism from the National Academy of Sciences, and An Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore; one political one, Our Endangered Values by Jimmy Carter (something tells me he's gonna be a good read); and a fourth one, Not Buying It: My Year Without Shopping.
What are some books you have recently checked out from the library?

I haven't actually checked out anything in a long time. I usually only go to the library when I need to do some quick research, or to study. But I do remember that the last book I checked out (which was almost a year ago) was something by Dean Koontz that I never ended up finishing.

Last one I got was... Nick Middleton - Surviving Extremes
I hate having to give books back, so I tend to buy them. I like watching my bookcase grow.

I sometimes wanna save money.
The problem I have, though, is not reading the book when I check it out. It's because I've never made reading a habit.
