I was actually quite taken aback this morning when I decided to truly look for what I was grateful for in my life.
You know, it was one of those times when there seemed to be just a bit more weight on your shoulders than you would prefer.
Where doubts seem to be nawing at your heels.

When I actually allowed myself to search for what I was truly grateful for, just one thing, and allow myself to emmerse myself in this feeling, I was absolutely amazed at how this one state of emotion was able to put me back into a place of power.
This then led me to consider other things I am grateful for.
And to think, this is free.

What is one thing in YOUR life that you are truly grateful for or could be if you wanted to be?

well- my state of being alive

I know that this is probly difficult for some because no one ever actually takes the time do actually consider what they ARE grateful for.

People. Emotions. Family and friends. Life.... that's a big one. Freedom. Happiness. There's a big list.

For being born at this place and time. I feel extraordinairily grateful for all of the modern convienences that we have along with medical, technological, and the arts we have developed. To just be able to get up everyday and see the wonderful natural things that surround us like animals, plants , waterfalls and different landmasses is just a site to behold!
