For lunch (coming up) it'll be leftover stir fry vegetables and rice. supper tonight is my favoite....baked potatoes, baked salmon and asparagus. Yummy. I'm not into sweet stuff or regular snacks. If I want a snack I'll open a can of corn, baby carrots, beets, peas or similar stuff...I even like a half can of tuna or salmon. I would have been the kid at Hallowe'en who would have preferred canned vegetables among my loot. I drink zero soft drinks and prefer a shot of lemon juice in a glass of water rather than 'too sweet' fruit juice. I eat a half dozen apples, bananas, oranges, etc. in the day. I'll tell you what nice things you can make with, err, limited budget. My budget is 300$ for a month. For instance, a rich diet but possibly a lot of hard work to make up for it etc, fresh air, no preservatives, additives in food. Those good genes are like a trust fund but they can run out when you don't keep up healthy habits yourself and with succeeding generations those genes ain't gonna last as they will mutate for better or worse depending on lifestyle. Baby food nutritional powder has all the nutrients and vitamins I need...and its tested on babies! Where does one even go with this... If you are only consuming baby food, you are basically not feeding your body. Baby food is designed and prepared for babies. You are not a baby and your nutritional needs are vastly different to that of a baby. If you do not want to consume fatty foods or foods laden with cholesterol, I would suggest eating vegetables and fruit. Not only is it cheaper than commercial baby food, but it will at least provide you with the nutrients and vitamins your body desperately needs. It will also keep the hunger at bay. Fish and lean meats is also low in fat and cholesterol (just prepare it without oil, butter, etc). You need to eat a balanced diet and I can assure you, baby food is not a balanced diet for a grown man. You may think the baby formula has all the nutrients and vitamins you need, but it does not. It is solely designed to provide the nutritional requirements for a bottle fed baby. You are a grown man with vastly different nutritional needs. I have a 2 year old and he does not consume commercially prepared formula simply because he has outgrown it. He eats a balanced diet of whole grain foods, vegetables, fruit, legumes as well as meat, fish and eggs and a vast array of dairy products. If you keep going the way you are you will suffer from malnutrition and you could damage your internal organs or even die. As it is, you sound as though you are anorexic. I would suggest you visit a doctor as soon as possible and discuss your diet with them. In fact, I would strongly advise you to do so. I agree with sandy, what you are saying you are doing is very very dangerous. Xev 10-30-07, 07:25 PM I'm eating dead guy soup! peta9 10-30-07, 07:28 PM I'm eating dead guy soup! Lol, is he hot?
