i went for the weighted training suits and hurt myself once, but i train on a regular basis with the weights still but i limit myself to certain weight restrictions and remember not to jump off high places, its not good for the ankles i found out,

most i have trained with is a 90 kilo suit on, nearly my own bodyweight,

I have some of that and try to chew instead of eating rubbish - saves me going to the kitchen to get food as well. And big bottles of water - gorging yourself on water makes you less hungry and is good for you. :)

I made a cake, only i had to substitute the fine sugar for brown granulated,
and the milk for soya milk, and i didn't have all the spices so i doubled up on
cinnamon, and i couldn't be bothered to separate the currants and sultanas from the bag of mixed fruit, and the recipe said bake for 30 mins, mine took an hour to set in the middle, but hey it tastes good, after scraping of the carbon.

try working on your obliques instead of focusing purely on sit-ups or crunches. this helped me form mine, and more noticeably. i used to do an assload of crunches, even left/right crunches and i was always stuck with i guess a 5 pack. then i finally started working out my obliques, and they began to form into something i am proud of.

For the uninitiated, that consisted of 3 thick Lincolnshire sausages, 3 rashers of bacon (extra crispy of course), 2 fried eggs, baked beans, fried tomatoes, some fried mushrooms, black pudding (I LOVE this stuff!!!), fried bread, chips (sorry- fries), a side order of toast and an extra portion of some smokey Polish sausage thing (it was a Polish-run cafe).
And all for only £4.99!

I'm now never eating until at least 2020.
I can actually HEAR my arteries hardening...
