It's too cold to go to the beach in Malibu today so I'm going to the desert. It's 90 but dry heat there. (Feels like 80.)

The weather is not to bad around here, light wind, good vis, so i might take our little aeroplane up for a hour, i have to think of an excuse to not attend

Yes the 150 and the cherokee, i prefer ed the cherokee for landing, the low
wing gave a better reference to ground, the 150 is better for ground observation.

i am getting over an hangover.

I have been feeling unwell since last Wednesday, have been stuck in my bedroom - boohoo. Was meant to go with friends to Birmingham on Saturday, wasn’t able to go, my mates have gone to play pool today but again I couldn’t go. You snooze mate, you lose.

Next weekend I’m going to firebomb a Church and murder some Christians. I really want to eat some Christian babies as well.

I'll probably try to make some music later on. If it wasn't raining I'd be out on my bike. I probably will go out, but it's like April showers just now. Quite annoying.

I think tomorrow I'll go and sit beside a loch and carve up some bits of wood with a knife. That's always fun. I've been meaning to try and make some survival shelters, so I'll give that a bash whilst I'm there.

Today I'm sitting at the computer my dad owns, it's a Mac G5. Unfortunately for him this computer came out long before the shift over to Intel microprocessors, therefore he merely has a Power PC :p

I just finished cleaning my bathroom, it was very boring and I did it yesterday; You might wonder why I cleaned the thing again, well it's simple, I bought a new shower-rod, new curtains, etc.. I was spiffing the thing up so I can feel comfortable. Sadly all I've had to do this Memorial Day weekend was basically sit around here and waste time. I have no computer of my own because I destroyed that pathetic junk, even if I did my only desire is to find a girlfriend now. I need sex, and badly.. my mental stability can only remain so long (if I have any :p)

What I was hoping to do was just cease to exist, but then I realized it was pointless, so I'll goto work tommorrow, see the pretty females walking around with pussy between their legs, then pout. Yes dear sirs, my life as you knew it is over, now I am completely and totally NOTHING.

So Friday I came home, called this older lady I know (a friend from online) then hung up and slept. She's a good female, she understands my problems and likes me still.. she is however older, and I've no idea how old but it's nearing expiration I suspect. This woman tells me "timing is everything" and "a good girl will come along".... she explains females to me. Sadly her teaching does little for me in the longterm, I've been unable to locate any...

Now what else, hummm I did things alone, completely alone, there wasn't anyone in the world to answer to, anyone that even knew I was outside... that's kinda fun NOT. I know that female Carolyn was just partying all weekend, maybe if I'd been a better man I could'a gotten her into bed, alas I am nay. So there is the issue truly, I am like a ghost and females go coupling with men whom consider it idle entertainment, etc.

Let this be a lesson to you all, nice guys really do finish last, err ehhmm, in my revised language "nice guys never finish". I shall be alone forever, and if you don't believe it calculate the statistical probability of niether making new friends or mating by age 26, soon you will find the nightmare I live each day.

I've got a circuit that I usually take about 4 or 5 miles long, taking in some canal, a famous local landmark and some nice hills. It's always fun.

I really want a second bike. The one I have is mainly for dirt/jumping and too small to be comfortable just cycling around. I'm 6'2'' and it's a 14" frame :(

I've just been out, but I didn't make it that far. I think I have a slow puncture on my front. I'll need to sort that out. The worst bit about flat tires is pumping them back up again. I think the cigarette lighter powered pump is broken, so that leaves me with a tiny little handpump. Nice and lightweight to take on rides, but you're ready for bed by the time you've finished using it. Hmm, although it's the front.

Although, I need to go to the petrol station. I could take the front wheel with me and blow it up there :D

I just got back, whew it was fun. The bike still wobbles though :L

I must acquire a new one, but I plan to spend like 500-600 on it, no junk :C

Also I saw no females, except some working outside their homes, they already have men though..

Flying jets could be fun but I like land and water speed better than air speed.
I would have to fly jets to be satisfied and I was not qualified to do that.

if you can do the splits in all directions then theres not much more you can achieve lol.

put 2 chairs at body length apart and do the splits on the chairs with the rest of your body suspended in the air if regular splits are easy.

Yeah, I tried that too. I'm still not getting that area. It's the only area I can pinch an inch or so and I don't like it. I know most women hate their inner thighs. I just want to fix this.

well if i ever have trouble with a certain area, i locate the problem areas muscle, find out how to tense and work that muscle, apply resistance in a particular way and continue to workout that muscle.

have you tried passive stretching? also maybe alot of high knee jogging or running might help reduce the particular area.

What is passive stretching?

with a workout partner, there are some types of stretching that you cannot do perfectly alone. the partner can apply amounts of pressure to areas that you cannot alone whle stretching.
