Do you have PHP installed? If not, what other scripting languages do you have?

I use phpnuke, obviously PHP !
So, if i need to install other ones, i can. I use abyss webserver (I can run anything that CAN BE RUN on a webserver, it just requires me to tell it which compiler to use to open certain file endings..
Example: .php files are to be opened with C:\PHP\php.exe

http://www.qmailrocks.com/ has a good guide for setting up a mailserver with all the features you need.

But you seem to be running windows which makes things a bit more difficult, you can only blame yourself for not using a real operating system.

PHP has mail functions but its not a mail server, so if you just want you sit to send mail out you can use that

Kunax, has a point. You can easily setup a server interface, but you still don't have the server.
