If George Bush goes into Iraq, I believe he should be put on trial for crimes against humanity. He should be tried for murder after the first Iraqi person gets killed. He should get the type of justice they give out in Texas. Death.
What about the soldiers that are firing the guns? Them to? How about the people who made the guns, and the bullets. Lets put them on trial. How about the pilots that flew them over there. This is the stupidest thread on sciforums, this even surpasses any of Ralph's threads.

POW's All you running from this issue have to consider that in our "Unlawful Combatants" designation the US has attempted to circumvent its humanitarian agreements on the treatment of human beings. If the world, in the end, chooses to reject "Unlawful Combatants", a fictional designation, Bush may well be called to answer for war crimes. In addition, Donald Rumsfeld should be hauled in for funding the Taliban, and anyone associated with giving money to Hussein ought to be hauled in for contributing to human rights abuses. Bush may be a war criminal. The grounds certainly exist to charge him. :m:, Tiassa Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Bush, Blair and Howard can be tried for crimes against the peace for a decleration of war and or invasion without UN secruity council aproval
War crimes ? War IS a crime... AND... ALL IS FAIR IN WAR. There's no such thing as a "war crime". Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Why do you think we withdrew from ICC? Why do you think the US withdrew from the ICC? Insofar as I can tell from your opinion, JPS, I'm inclined to ask: Does might make right? Just because we have the power to slaughter the world, does that mean we should? :m:, Tiassa Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Re: Why do you think we withdrew from ICC? No, of course not. But that doesn't mean "we" won't. I'd say most US administrations of this century were guilty of crimes against humanity. None of them are in jail right now. I agree that something should be done. I just don't think that this is a particularly productive approach.
Something must be done: If Americans don't get a more productive approach on track soon, the rest of the world is going to evict us from power.
yeah, I agree, should was a bad choice of words. I'm curious about how the rest of the world is going to evict us from power though. In my opinion that needs to happen regardless. We shouldn't be in power anymore.
if you piss off the Ero and china you will have a total black mark against trade, eventully the australian goverment will grow some back bone and evict your forces here and join in what county can survive with no trade? do you have the food, oil to be self sestaining? a toatly blockade would ruin ANY county
perhaps, but if you watch the stock markets australia's has been going up as the US goes down, the Erou is getting stronger as is the yen i THINK this is all as the US econamy has gone into free fall
America can be driven politically insane, to the point of ruin, without need for a complete embargo. The US is uniquely dependent on imports, uniquely sensitive to even threats of trade interruption, has an inflated a sense of invincibility, of popularity, and is a very sore loser. A dash of terrorism, a grinding war or 2 or 3 with tangled exit strategies, some rocketing energy prices, and a big fat financial crisis should do nicely. Gee, Wally, I hope no one out there actually tries that on us, 'cause it sure would be scaryPlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
