    Dear admins and moderators,

somebody PM me that he'd like to write on my wall (visitor message page), but my visitor message box doesn't appear on his computer  I've checked my setting, and asked him to do the same, like this:

but still he can't see my visitor message box. Some other posters have no problem writing in my wall, as you can see, there are already some visitor messages on my wall, and I didn't change the setting.

This is the screenshot he sent to me (sorry, I have no better screenshot from him):

For your information, the poster is already on my friend lists, has posts more than minimum limit, and was online when he tried to write on my wall.

Could you suggest me/him what to do? Thanks a lot in advance. ^^

    Alles Gute,
    Inzomnia

From what I remember the Visitor Message box uses AJAX, what this means is it's likely that it won't function properly (or not at all) if the person has strict rules rigged on their browser for Javascript.

Addon's to firefox like "NoScript" will cause various functions in this forum to not work (Like the registration process to fail).

What I would suggest they try is either check their browser settings or try a different browser (install another, use Internet Explorer, or try one on another computer)

There is also the option that the use in question doesn't have a high enough post count, it might well be that there is a global option set to lessen the misuse by spammers. So posting to the forums some "meaningful" posts won't go a miss either.
