Any protestor who as much as throws a beer bottle at a police officer should be treated as a violent criminal. The police should respond with deadly force. Enough is enough!

Exercising your right to free speech is one thing BUT it ends with speech.

I hope you are just stating that as a sick joke.

the only violent people I've met at protests ARE the cops.
sure, protests might be more peaceful and orderly if the cops all shot each other, but I don't think its really justified.

When the cops attacked protesters in Seattle in 1999, should we have executed our entire police department?

By some quirk of policy, officers avoided prosecution for their felonies. Our King County Sheriff couldn't catch a break. With the public angry about police-conduct issues, two videotapes showed one officer assaulting people in two separate incidents; in one case he pepper sprayed and struck someone attending to an injured person in the street; in the other, he initiated a traffic stop outside the restricted area and pepper sprayed two women for the hell of it. He was caught on videotape both times. The Sheriff fired him. The Union hollered for an arbitrator. The arbitrator ruled that the officer could not be fired, as there exists a policy for large-scale actions; the officers are a unit, and therefore are not held individually responsible for their actions. However, in the US, you cannot hold the rest of the unit responsible for the one.

As to the topic itself, what is it about the association between pro-war sentiment and the need to kill what disagrees with you?

Given that the police in the US are allowed to respond with deadly force when you follow their instructions to the letter ... I think DaveOhio needs to consider seriously the one deadly force he is allowed to undertake at any time, as nobody can stop him.

Do the right thing, DaveOhio. Do the right thing.

People who want others to be shot should be shot. These violent crazed people are a danger to us, and our safe society. We should shoot them where they stand for the love of god and country. Enough is enough, we need to take a stand and stop these madmen.

(btw for the knuckle draggers, this is sarcasm/satire ):p

Aside: Don't you think killing someone for such a thing is a little drastic? Isn't shooting someone supposed to be limited to people who are imminently going to kill someone else, and they cannot be restrained or anything? I don't think a bottle will kill a heavily armored police officer, and a rubber bullet/ tear gas, can be used to subdue such hooligans. I'm all for proper punishment for these wackos, but being arrested and charged with assaulting an officer is real justice. Your even crazier then them if your want to kill for such reasons, perhaps some tranquilizers are in order?
