    Hello.
Could someone explain what it means to vacuum polarization?
It is possible the polarized vacuum to get some energy or particles?
And how to change the spacetime around?

    Thank you

Have you read the Wikipedia page? What about it didn't you understand?

Rather than trying to grasp physics well beyond your reach you'd use your time more productively if you started on the basics and worked upwards. You're not going to invent some kind of worm hole generating machine using stuff bought from Walmart and a sub high school grasp of physics. Sure, it might not be 'cool' to start with the basics but every single physicist doing research now started on the basic stuff and worked up. The specifics of vacuum polarisation comes from quantum field theory, which takes 3~4 years of university to get to and that's assuming a good grasp of high school physics. Which you don't have.

I got confused on the high school. studied electrical engineering degree and have Dipl.Ing.
You do not need to worry about my horrible education.
But my knowledge is outdated because it was 30 years-to-back and then be taught a little different physics.
And I do not understand why you roculili In my normal question for which the times of the spoken grammes?
And finally to my earned you nothing is not !!!!!!!!

I took 3 semesters of physics 25 years ago for my ChemE degree and looking at my sons physics books it ain't different at all. I find it hard to believe that in 1980 it was very different. I am sorry but the only way I would buy that you studied EE would be if you failed out of it the first semester.

The questions you ask indicate a profound lack of understanding of basic physics....

    I do not studiet physics!
When I studied and talked about a vacuum and had only very marginally, and my subjects were mainly of electrical engineering.
And I can assure you that what today is normally in physics when it was still only in its infancy. Therefore, I ask.
I do not know what's so special vacuum polarization.
If you mind my questions, ignore them!
