I just read Vacuum Theory (http://www.minescience.com/vol_8.htm) which seems to be a proposal that a universe may be described wherein nothing exists except space itself.
This is very interesting ! I notice that more and more scientists are formulating similar ideas, so far none that I know published in peer reviewed journals. This idea deserves to be explored either to falsification or to a more concrete theory.
What would falsify:
1. If there exists any particle that cannot be reduced to the pure vacuum and its undulations.
2. If it cannot be shown that the natural construct of this kind of particles demands relativity phenomena because of its natural construct. To me it seems that it does, and I have seen derivations of the Lorentz translations directly from this postulate.
There are many more; enough for now; any interest ??
