Let me see if I can intupret this picture. The freezing landscape is "the cold of men's hearts" and the sun is "the power of all that is good". As the sun melts the cold from the pine tree, it froms icicles which "concentrated" the sun's power into a fire. The fire burns with smoke that forms a swastika.

Am I close?
