You say, NK threat you with nuclear weapon. But where are proofs? At this moment USA threat NK. Why? Even if NK really making weapons, why they can't, when you have it? They are not terrorists, as you may about al qaeda, etc, they don't export narcotics. So why threat them? Why they can't think another way then you?
The US is threatening NK because it doesn’t want anyone else to have nukes, much less a dictatorship that is so corrupt and mismanaged that it can’t survive without foreign aid. NK benefits by having nukes. The US benefits from threatening. They’ll meet somewhere in the middle; the US will pay NK some money or something and NK will be quiet for a while until someday it mentions its nukes again and asks for more money and the cycle will continue until the US gets rid of the dictator somehow.
