Before anyone wonders why the Moderator isn't wiping all these "sensative" frequencies from the list, the list compiled here by draqon is from 2001, if the military has any sense they would shift frequencies like people are "suppose" to change passwords. (although hackers usually find people with passwords that they still have from 2001)

yes indeed, the military is going to transmit sensitive information by radio in plain text.

the NATO military tactics data/info has been uncoded and captured by radio hobbyists.

and what startling revelations have been gleened from these uncoded military NATO messages?

well I cannot disclose that information, but lets just say NATO has decided to code their info better next time.

    Meaning what?
I was laughing at your remark that you couldn't disclose the information... why on Earth not?

because NATO is advancing its roots to the East, which isn't its territory. Because NATO is an enemy. Because NATO needs to be taught a lesson in warfare.

    NATO has a "territory"?
The "advance to the East" is mostly due to Eastern nations asking for and gaining membership, neh?

    To whom?
Bearing in mind that the USSR applied for membership at one time...

    By whom and how?

And you still haven't said why you "cannot" disclose what you learnt from monitoring the freqs.

The countries who accepted NATO, do not constitute for any power, these countries are weak.

To Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, East Ukraine, and other small euroasian countries.

I cannot disclose the info, because you are part of NATO.

...ps. , Oh I love watching this movie of f-22 crash for bedtime fantasy story of f-22 supremacy.

oh and my 6 year old cousin loves reciting this document: http://usaf.aib.law.af.mil/FA-22_Edwards_28Sep04.pdf

And they were forced into it?
What do you mean by that remark?
    They joined.

NATO is a defensive organisation, so how do they pose a threat to Russia, especially since Russia is now a de facto member?

So something you learnt from listening to NATO/ Western radio talk is being withheld from someone who is Western and that you think is a NATO member (individuals can't join, BTW).
I'm sorry I'm having trouble following your "logic" here.

And the crash of a prototype is evidence of what?
How many prototype anything have not had failures?
That's what the prototype was made for - to find the bugs before production started.

    [EDIT]
Sounds like your six year-old cousin has as much understanding of reality as you do.
You want a list of Soviet/ Russian failures?
What would it prove either way?

If you learn which information has been gathered, you as a probable member of NATO will report and thus NATO will change/erase/edit information for past/current/future.

and NATO is not a defensive organization, Kosovo ruins is an example.

Again you persist in the belief that I'm a NATO member...
Let me try this: whatever you learnt from listening in on radio comms is worthless.
If it was sensitive information it would have been encoded.
(Ignoring the fact that whatever you heard pertained to the operation/ situation at the time - and is therefore out of date and the conditions under which you heard it no longer apply).

They originally went in as a peace-keeping force, under UN auspices... trying to enforce signed (and abrogated) treaties.
    http://www.nato.int/docu/basictxt/treaty.htm
So you've realised the F-22 thing was a red herring?
