Why 10? Does this exclude the 11th or 12th?

..there is this one too:

"1f Non Classical Interferometers
Prof. David McClelland
email: David.McClelland@anu.edu.au

Interferometry with non-classical states of light has the potential to improve measurements to unprecedented levels. The holy grail of this field is to reach and surpass the standard quantum limit, long thought to be the ultimate measurement limit set by the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle."
--Australian National University

They have apparently, measured at the limit already (in November). No biggie.
