Read the article. A judge has cleared the way for people to sue Boeing, the Port Authority, etc., because they should have forseen that an attack of this type was possible. This is just stupid. Next, they will have to start hiring terrorists from Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and al Quaida to consulting positions! :eek:

Lawyers (on behalve of desert storm vets) are currently trying to sue Dutch banks.

These banks alledgedly gave clearance papers for the export of dangerous chemicals to iraq.

These chemicals supposedly were for the production of WMD and after the (bare with me) AMERICAN airforce bombed these stashes they argue, those chemicals were released into the environment, causing american soldiers to get Gulf syndrome.

The preliminary response of the banks here, that this all sound "far fetched", but damn, those lawyers surely know where the big money is.
