There is no God. regardless of the fact that there is no proof for or against this theory, it is absolutely true. That's right, no actual proof. There is no God. And the miracle of life is not proof.

I'm not going to agree or disagree with you. For all any of us know, you could be right - but keep this in mind:

1) Millions of people live life semi-content based on the assumption that god exists and your wrong.

2) Like you said, there is no proof to back up your argument, so you must accept the fact that there's a chance, a good one at that you could be wrong. A friend of mine once compared god to Santa. The difference between the two is that we can prove Santa doesn't exist, but we can't prove God doesn't exist.

3) This is not aimed at you in particular. This is more of a general statement. Respect the ideas of others. Some here may think of people who need religion as "weak" and "misguided." Yet many of our world leaders and geniuses believe in God and a certain religion. Respect the beliefs of others so long as it makes them a decent person. People refusing to accept other people because of their ideas has led to Holy Wars, etc.

I know I commented on issues that you probably didn't even mean to bring up, but I just thought your statement would be a good time to share what I believe.
