Pelosi is not a real liberal, she has the most power after the president Bush, then you have Negroponte and Guiliani is running...

Giullliani is a Neocon?

Speaking as a New Yorker, I can tell you that he is hardly even a -conservative-. He's center-right at -best-.

Pelosi is also not a neo-con. She is an uber-feminist arch-liberal.

BAHAHAHAHAHA @ this thread.

I don't know what's most risible, your racism toward Catholic Italians or the concept that Pelosi is a neocon....

If you're that afraid of Catholic neocon Italians, put this in your pipe and smoke it: 5 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices are Catholic, and two of those Italian (Scalia, Alito).

She's much worse: a San-Francisco liberal (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqKCbtO9erQ).

Cindi Sheehan

That would be an answer to "who is a liberal"? I asked what is a liberal?

Pelosi is not "ultra-liberal", she is quite moderate, but that is the meme the Republicans wish to spread, that is the mind control message.

I am sure that 'liberalism" depends by who defines that.
I am not that all knowledgebale in liberalism in social issues, the reason why I broght the Sheehan icon the commonly known level of liberalism on security and war issue.

Judging by the results of recent congressional elections, it would seem like liberalism is in fact mainstream.

some are actually quite proud to proclaim liberalism out in the open, Guiliani is not one of them.

spidergoat

That probably has to do with the fact that Guiliani is not a liberal.
