Looks great but it is very hard to read anything printed in black.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Not really, but somehow that big black bar at the top annoys me.

Up above sciforms.com, Free Thoughts, my handle(moementum7), preferences,
and private messages are all in black.
I may eventually get used to it, but there is a presence of strain right now.

To me it looks pretty black. Nontheless, the thick dark bar (grey or black whatever) does not really fit to the rest of the forum design. At least in my eyes. The contrast is much too great. Hey, but it is your site.

I prefer it with a light background with dark letters but I can get use to anything.

Might be different on Mac, but on IE previous clicked links are appearing as (i think) black, while the background is very dark grey. It makes it almost impossible to see it.

I can't actually see the "links" on the black, till I move my mouse over them, while "sciforums" is the only one that is visible. This is quite crap compared to the other one. Just my opinion :p

how can you not see the links? they are practically black on white.

Some of the links are written in black and it's a bit hard to read with the dark grey background. But otherwise... looks good.

Well the links are showing up as white now so you've either changed it or my crap browser just became less crap. :p

Use Opera. No problems with colors in Opera.

I'm with the Sarge, Opera's the best (http://www.opera.com/). Colors are all great here. Though in Opera, Goofyfish's avatar doesn't wink at me but Buffys' does.
