The new bankruptcy law

    The new law goes into affect October 17, 2005. How many people already suffering from Katrina will be hit by another wave of disaster?

    Well, if the people of New Orleans had loans, then they should be held responsible for them. How can you see that as any other way? Should the bank/loan agency be held responsible for the damage, etc caused by the storm? See? You're forcing the banks to accept all the loss for something that THEY had nothing to do with either. Why?
