"There hasn't been a single complaint from the Palestinians". ??????

Obviously this IDF officer hasn't spoken to any Palestinians residing in Ghetto Gaza lately to have made such a statement .

And for the sanctions to be stepped up ?

What kind of final solution has Israel planned next to inflict on the defenceless citizens of Gaza to generate maximum carnage ?
Lets all give the UN a pat on the back for stating the bleeding obvious .

Unfortunately, for the Palestinians inside Ghetto Gaza the UN will continue to standby , watch, remain mute and oblivious, and do absolutely nothing.

I read that the Israelis are going to cut off the electric power and water to Gaza on 2 December. So, ....then maybe we'll see how well Hamas can provide for their own citizens instead of depending on the charitable Israelis.

The peoples support for HAMAS is amazing under siege and attack from Israel and the Israelis must resort to starvation to break them it will fail HAMAS are the only leaders of the Palestinian nation .
America and Europe should cut all economic aid , freetrade deals and weapon shipments to Israel to even things up between the Israelis and Palestinians then we can all sit back see how well the Zionist State can protect its squatter citizens .

If you bite the hand that is helping you, that hand has the right to cut you off from any help extended, and the Palestinians have bit every hand that has been held out in friendship and help to them.

Maybe its time they learn that they need to spend the moneys they have on infrastructure rather then weapons.

...that's a good point Max made just now. I thought you were all in favour of this region not getting support; having to go it on it's own. But you think Hamas should get support. Huh.

This is a gift bestowed unto the believers by Allah. It's his way of teaching them to make their own electricity instead of depending on free electricity from Israel. He's basicly saying, "electricity, not bombs."

Do concentration camps have their own source of electricity?

Has Israel stopped occupying the Palestinians? Removed the checkpoints, the wall, the restriction of movement into and out of the tiny place they have sequestered the Palestinians in?

For those who don't remember exactly where the Palestinians are sequestered and in how much space (ie on top of one another):

Even on the seaward side, there are Israeli ships shooting at fishermen.

Like Jewish people were in their restrictive turn-of-the-century "quarters", I suppose. Forced ghettoization. Imagine if the past had only been more ecumenical.

I noticed you're not citing from "jewwatch" any more: good for you.

Jewish ghettos were not receiving the most aid in the history of aid, as the "Palestinian" territories do. There are many other vast differences that puts the "Palestinians" at a much MUCH better position. Such position, in fact, that theirs is incomparable. I guess it's too hard for some people to see. Thank g-d they're irrelevant and their diatribe and moral equivallence repels most decent people away.

The money that Hamas uses to buy weapons, ammo, rockets and explosives. Must be a damned ton of money the way they use so much of it.

You mean home made mortars that fire homemade rockets with small payloads , yeah what extravagance . Mind you HAMAS wouldnt have much change left on its $70 million annual budget , thats for 1.5 million persons . Israel gluttons its way through $5 billion each year for 4 million squatters .

A penny saved is a penny earned. ...and that's one penny that might keep a little Pal kid from starving to death. But Hamas would rather use that penny to buy weapons and explosives, wouldn't they?

You have it all wrong , even if HAMAS had that money it could not stop this :
Israel has hermetically sealed up Gaza to the point where Israel is slowly strangling it .
Where money has been stopped by Israel
    Israel’s Economic Blockade
    Where healthcare is denied .
Israel denying medical treatment to Gaza
Death from Israel all because HAMAS will not recognize Israels right to exist .

    Umm, Israel? Turkey? Iraq?

    All democratically elected governments.

Hamas isn't a government. It's a homicidal gang pretending to be a government.

    Elections don't make electorates democracies.

Not when 4.5 million Palestinians living in Israel are deemed non citizens thereby unable to qualify to vote the same system that was in South Africa .
No the courts simply over ride the vote .
Yeah , right a nation under an illegal military occupation where US authorities which banned the Baath Party from standing in the elections .
You need to wake up .
It is a popular Palestinian party that is superceding the corrupt Fatah organisation , HAMAS was voted into office by the people and the people stood by HAMAS when Israel set Fatah on them .
You are describing the ethic cleansing gang in Tel Aviv not HAMAS which has set up many social programmes in Gaza that now stand to be destroyed by Israel .
Yet you yourself gave me 3 examples of waht you thought were "electoral democracies" , you have absolutely no idea what you are preaching .

That from the EU and the US. You were not aware?

    Except for all the others.

That wasn't your original thrust, Brian.
