I'm afraid there's not way to reduce the picture except:

Save picture to PC > Adobe > Image size> 400X400 pixels > Upload picture on the nearest image hosting site > Copy link > Voila!

Or try to find smaller version on the web.

Go to www.imageshack.us

They'll resize url's or pics off your hard drive to 640x480 = a perfect size for forums.

The quality will suffer though, if that's what you were asking? =/ Not that noticably though.

Two good examples to illustrate the divide here. The first self-consciously rubbish; designed to make you laugh or smile which, in my case, it did. I bet they had a lot of fun doing it.
