What do the Europeans think about the Treaty of Lisbon?

    According to the UK:

    Whats your opinion?

It's a natural development of a more unified Europe.
And because USA is a global power, Russia is restoring its status, and India, China and Brazil are gaining up, Europe must keep pace or become irrelevant.
All the countries on their own are not as strong as a strong community of countries.

Really? Europe has already let it's self become irrelevant, PC has reigned supreme, and Europe has lost.
