I would say about 3 years ago. As much as I love Jon Stewart, he is not good for the show and Chris Rock was even worse. Not to mention, who really cares which movie gets what?
The show used to be good entertainment, but 4+ hours is just way too long and without Crystal or Martin it is just not worths watching....

The tv programs on celebrities and entertainments are all over the place, the worldwide fascination about actors and actresses has never been so great. Now they have lines of clothing and perfumes. I just heard today that the closest cinema charges $9 for an evening show. I was under the impression that it was around $6.25, but I don't go to the movies anymore.

The designers lend the clothes to them for free so people will see the stars wearing them, because people's fascination with the stars has not waned one bit.
