I challenge you to come up with a better candidate.Rosie is your most annoying?? You are VERY tolerant then. It's hard to even find her on TV! I like her because she managed to upset and piss off little Donald. A true example of American White Trash. Living proof money doesn't make a lowlife respectable or intelligent. I'm not sure about the entire planet, but George Bush is the most annoying individual in America. He is far more nonsensical, retarded and inane than Rosie, and he's so powerful and important that it's difficult--and probably dangerous--to avoid him. Every time he opens his mouth I want to scream. Embarrassing lack of fluency in his native language, completely derailed train of thought, massive ignorance of entire topics, and he's driven by an unjustifiable hubris that could destroy the planet.

I've never been a big fan of Rosie, but lately she's been awesome. Fran Dresher is 100x as annoying.

However, you can't beat the show "Malcom in the Middle" for being one of the most annoying things on TV.
