This is no lie, it's real. It supposedly helps keep track of "suspected" terrrorists.

However many states have not wanted to participate in the program. Four more years of the pundits in the present administration, and more than likely all states or some more states would participate on the program.

but simply put. I believe the Patriot Acts were written before 9-11 happened. When have you ever heard of government, having such a document ready within weeks?. ;).

And rushed through concress in such a haste that most congressmen had not even read it, and singned it.

That police forces are using some "data base" which they share info with eachother does not sound too incredible. what's incredible is that they have chosen acronym "matrix"
