The Hale Indictment

Commentary -- I wanted to briefly comment on the Matt Hale indictment, as it is one of the most ridiculously bogus documents I have ever read, and it really displays the dichotomy between the actual, printed law in the United States, and the de facto rule of pseudo-Talmudic law that has been imposed on top of it by Jewish judges, Jewish politicians, and politicians, judges and lawyers under Jewish influence. What Matt Hale is guilty of is not more than running his mouth off a bit more than he should -- something which constitutes a bad habit, perhaps, but not a federal offense.
The indictment names no specifics against Matt Hale, and as such, is
not a proper indictment at all. It states that between November 29th and
December 17th Matt Hale solicited the murder of Judge Lefkow, who is married to a Jewish man, and who has an inter-racial family among her children and grandchildren. It does not state any facts regarding who he solicited to murder her, or by what means. The entire statement of facts in the indictment is limited to "Judge Lefkow issued a court order against Matt Hale, and Matt Hale objected to it" -- in short, the indictment demonstrates that Matt Hale had motive to kill Judge Lefkow -- which, we agree, any reasonable person in Mr Hale's situation would -- but doesn't demonstrate he took any action to do so.
Under American law, action is paramount. One has to actually solicit someone to commit a specific act of murder at a specific time against a specific person to be guilty of solicitation. Under Jewish law, however, action is totally unnecessary, because, as our readers recall, Jews don't actually live in the real world -- they live in a world of words, symbols and representations that have nothing to do with reality.
