After over a year of being on this site, I've finally found you can change the style of colors on sciforums. I currently have it at the midnight one, and so everything is black with white lettering, and I've noticed the mood I approach the site with has changed. I can't really describe in what way yet, but it feels different. I know color can affect the way you perceive things, but I didn't think it would be this drastic. What color style do you have on? Try changing it (black and white background are pretty much the only major differences right now) and see if you notice a difference. What do you think. It would be cool to have more colors, like orange, or red, blue, etc. p.s. With a black background the pot leaf looks more like a green crystal.. :m: check out my emerald hon'

I discovered it as soon as I came on SciForums and I use and enjoy the blue one. The basic style of colors is too grey and the black one is un-readable...
Yeah thanks Midnight sucks IMO, its like stumbling around in a dark room trying to find things. Blue was ok, pretty boring and I couldn't hardly tell the difference between "new" and just sciforums. It would be cool to have more colours to choose from.
I've changed it back to a white background - doing a little experiment on myself. I felt that I actually posted differently when I had a black background. It was a subtle change in feeling. My brain's contolled by colors. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
