Recently, my favorite ROM site hasn't been allowing me to get into it. It is called the Cult of Kefka and every time I try to get onto the page, it gives me this message that says " Forbidden, You do not have permission to access this page" or some crap like that.

go to Google and search for The Cult of Kefka or click on the address bar in your browser and type in:

    members.madasafish.com/~kefka

If anyone has this problem, please tell me.

    403 Restricted Access:

    Either of two reasons,

The author of the site could have dropped a .htaccess file in the root folder blocking all incoming/outgoing connections to that folder.

The service provider created an entry in their server settings that typically mirrors the effects of the .htaccess entry, because they found the site to get too many hits and too many downloads.

(The sites last entry available on google mentions the extreme bandwidth usage from people downloading multiple files)

I would guess that the site author might attempt to get their site back up but they will need to gain the services of people with bandwidth.
