by a process called deamination:

Before amino acids can enter the Krebs cycle, their amino acid group (NH2) must first be removed - a process called DEAMINATION. Deamination occurs in hepatocytes and produces ammonia (NH3). The liver cells then convert highly toxic ammonia to urea, a realtively harmless substance that is exctreted in the urine. The conversion of amino acids into glucose (gluconeogenisis) may be reviewed in figure25.12; the conversion of amino acids into fatty acids (lipogenesis) or ketone bodies (ketogenisis) is showin in figure 25.24

amino acids are converted into Acetyl coenzyme A and then through beta oxidation are converted to fatt acids and then into triglycerides. check the Kreb Cycle as any nutritionist will be fully comprehensive with.

i sued to think that rotein was pased out itothe urine before i was corrected by a nephrologist and two nutritionists. you may have heard of one of them... kesh patel.. has a book coming out in june 2005!

"i sued to think that rotein was pased out itothe urine"

I don't really understand what this sentence means.
As far as I remember triglyceride synthesis starting from Acetyl-coA was like this:
Acetyl-coA -> malonyl-coaA -> fatty acid -> triglycerides
