In light of the furor over the Muslim cartoons published in the European papers, I thought it would be valuable to remind people of an earlier incident involving cartoons that fanned a lot of racial unrest, only to be revealed as a government plot intended to do just that.

Huey Newton and Bobby Seale were co-founders of the Blvck Panther Party. Huey lived in East Oaklnad California and among other businesses introduced loney men to eager women and provided chemicals of choice of consumption. At one time Huey was convicted of something and was vacationing, after a brief railriad ride, in San Quentin when his verdict was overturned anad we was exonerated - he didn't do it,. whatever they said he did.

A few moinths later Huey was arrested and convicted of being a felon in possession of a weapon. Huey answered like you would, Hey my conviction was over turned, I am innocent. Tooo, bad Huey, the law is the law, and beside that the Oaklanad Superior Court Justices hate your black ass. Giuilty as charged. I dunno what the liabilities were.

Anyway, Huey was gunned down on the street over a contract dispute regarding the sale and purchase of chemicals or plants.

Now, Bobby Seale, US Air Force Veteran and defender of the nation's freedom from all enemies alien or domestic, is pursuing a busness enterprise known as Barbeque Seale, yep, his own barbeque sauce finally offered and available after a long wait to the public for sale. I dunno hows he's doing.

i have found that tolerance is completely subjective to the culture you live in though......
i am originally from michigan. if you see a guy wearing a swastika, noone but sympathizers will deal with him or take him seriously, probably.

here in belgium where i live now, just wearing a swastika can incur a 500 euro fine.


its interesting as to how some cultures are insensetive to what has happened in the past.
