View Full Version : The Berny Madolph Conspiracy indictment of a nation
ripleofdeath 06-29-09, 08:27 PM The Berny Madolph Conspiracy indictment of a nation.
Anyone who has been watching the news about this supposed 65 billion dollar fraud might be starting to wonder how one man manages to carry out such a scam over decades with no help what soo ever.
well...
only in America :bravo:
how many millionaires are there out there that have made their millions with this Berny "Adolf" ?
yes... Adolf he is and where is his Gestapo ?
1 adolf can not do this all by himself.
typical Americans just like the post WWII Germans blaming one man and saying they were never allowed to ask questions, never able to question their authority.
Typical capitalist system where no one is allowed to question their boss or they risk getting sacked for no reason what soo ever.
remember 50-cents' album name "get rich quick or die trying"
very apt and how most Americans live.
the fact this guy has been stood up to look like some type of super human puppet master with no co conspirators is beyond laughable but stinks of institutionalised corruption on all levels.
BLOODY TYPICAL CAPITALIST SYSTEM
corrupt from one end to the other and this is the example that proves it beyond doubt.
Mickmeister 06-29-09, 11:06 PM I believe there are also others, from Great Britain for example, that have single handedly brought down an entire company, such as Nick Leeson.
FreshHat 06-29-09, 11:39 PM It's impossible to grant much credence to the OP's opinions when even a cursory glance of a newspaper or online story about the man would inform the reader that his name is Bernard (Bernie) Madoff.
Michael 06-30-09, 03:27 AM Actually I seem to remember an interview where someone in his office was told, by him, that this was all a pyramid scam :bugeye: He apparently said it in passing, and was kind of acting kooky that day. I don't think he ran the scam from the beginning as a scam. It just sort of morphed into one.
ripleofdeath 06-30-09, 09:32 AM burnhearted made like adolf
phonetically the guy was stuffed from birth.
actually i am yet to meet a decent human being going by the birth name of Bernard.
the other Bernard i know is also a con artist and has all the outward traits of a pedophile(one of the real type).
but... i am not one to judge on first impressions unles the first impression is more than just a name.
(confused ?... probably!)... moving on...
soo this "man" and his wife(little woman) was able to con all these people for all this time ?
come on people surely there must be some intelligent life here somewhere that can look past the spelling error of the header and the obvious phonetic intended slurs to realise this type of thing cant be done by just one person and there must be dozens of accomplices who have made their money off the backs of suffering poor and now live in the lap of luxury.
but... as long as this guy can be used as the scape goat to blame everything on then no one will lose any of their millions will they...
apart from the investors.... who must have been the fool with the money that was easily parted... ?
or was he a magician ?
master at illusion and slight of hand ?
able to cook books simultaneously all around the world all at the same time... ?
what a joke this has turned into. why is he not up for the death penalty ?
why has it taken all this time after he has lived a long life of luxury before he has been caught ?
it all stinks really
74 and he is going to retire with 3 square meals a day and food and shelter and free medical care... no expense spared for all his medical care while the tax payer pays for it all.
FFS whats wrong with that country ?
no welfare and children and families on the street.
no state housing !
no welfare !
while he continues to soak up money off the homeless to pay for his 3 meals a day and flashy orange overalls that homeless people would probably fight to have.
what right does he have to free medical care that other poor uninsured people do not have ?
who's letting who eat cake now ?
cosmictraveler 06-30-09, 09:57 AM He has already lived a very luxurious lifestyle for 85 years with all the money he scammed. He doesn't have much time left to spend in a nice dormatory style jail, for that is where he will be housed, not in a regular type jail with iron bars. They call these types of jails "countryclubs" for the rich for in them they are treated very nice wearing nice brown uniforms and whatever shoes they want. They have an open yard to walk around in and in some instances no fences, just a line not to cross! He has it made for the few years he has left here on earth but his victims will be suffering for many decades to come. It just doesn't seem fair to let him off with such little real punishment...lets stone the asshole to death!

im not one for capital punishment but i think it would seem fair to deny him medical treatment because if he is given it then he is getting more than his victims and continuing to after the fact.
unles the state is going to give free medical care to all his victims then what right does he have to receive it ?
im not one for capital punishment
i wish i could get some peoples kids killed(put down)

People like him that commit monumental crimes need to be tortured for extended periods of time in order to administer adequate revenge/punishment.
ripleofdeath 06-30-09, 10:57 AM in punishment of his crimes is he ward of the state ?
and so getting preferential treatment while his victims are being discriminated against ?
thus is the state guilty of discrimination if they do not give equal treatment to all of his victims ?

He's in freakin prison. Let me repeat that, HE'S IN PRISON! That is punishment enough. He lost his freedom. It's unethical to deny a person who is already being punished with prison- medical care or food.
What's wrong with this country is that people outside of prison do NOT get health care, when they should.

Because I can not believe that it's real. No fracken way.

unfortunately it is real, and not only that they keep the location secret.
kinda like a no frills kids boarding school.
spidergoat
soo where is it law that poor people are not allowed to be denied medical treatment ?
obviousely i don't know the exact structure of the american system but it seems that there is 47 million people in the usa with no health insurance.
considering if you don't have insurance then you wont get taken to hospital i wonder why this death sentence by proxy is legitimate while the act of using that health care for a criminal instead of their victims is in fact legal ?
doesn't make sense really does it... but then i know that to start with which is why i raised the subject.
oh yeah... and to think the amount of kids that have died from not having medical insurance because this guy Bernie Mad-as-adolf has swindled their parents....
whos bringing the civil suit and why is the wife allowed to live in luxury ?
she profited from a crime she should be stripped of all her money and thrown out on the street.
it is quite funny to see the moral judgments being made as they are all hypocritical.
are all the homeless people getting given the money first from what is recovered ?
doubt it !
it will be the richest first getting most of the money.
what is the lesson ?
"don't get caught" that seems clear enough doesn't it.
no punishment for all those who have knowingly worked alongside him for all those years.
they are all home free with their blood money.
P.S spidergoat, attempted moral outrage just makes you look silly when you have no desire to be morally equal.
