It seems their comeback has arrived. I saw them on Top of the Pops Friday evening and I must say I was surprised.
I've never seen a bunch of grey haired old dudes move a crowd of teenagers like that before...not even at the 'Creepy Old Man Convention'
To be honest it seemed kind of lame and desperate. They look like they should be at home ignoring their children not rapping.

I really like their single, "Ch-Check It Out." They're aging, but then again, they haven't had tons of surgery or shit like that, so I don't expect them to look like they're 35. However, I am waiting for the new album to fully judge it.
I want to read their biographies if they ever write them. They went to harvard and met there. Can you image their familiy and friends reactions when they told them they were putting off school or applying scholastic achievements (don't know if they graduated), to pursue rap music. I bet there was a lot of drama there......

Uhh.. I take it you've never seen concerts of The Who or The Stones in the past 20 years or so???
Talk about the aged hanging on desperately to the remaining shadows of their youth....
That being said: who cares what they look like? Since when did judging musical talent have anything to do with an ageist aesthetic critique?

Ever since Mtv's first video came out: The Bugles, Video Killed the Radio Star. ;)

Check yer head was genius but I havent heard much to like since then. Their creativity seemed to fly out the window.
New song is alright. I'll give the new one a listen I s'pose.

It's not that, it just seemed that these guys were trying really hard to get into favour with todays young kids. It just didn't seem right.

I really have to agree here. The new song...I just couldn't get into it. Intergalactic is my favourite one, obviously. Still listen to 'Fight For your Right to Party' mind ;)
