I get the idea, but this premise ignores the impact environment played in shaping these people's personalities... except Atlas... unless you mean one-time fitness guru Charles Atlas...

I would research families who had shown long life, exceptional health, and lowest incidence of illness. Perhaps if there were those who had shown consistent high IQ over generations.
Since it appears you have sanctioned "unlimited splicing", I might as well "go for gold", and try to concoct some super DNA with characteristics I might wish to embody...

Andre Agassi (three dorks need at least 1/4 of their DNA to be physically healthy, eh?)
