Here we have something that can subconsciously indicate whether we are racist/sexist/age-ist/homophobic/etc... even if we can claim to be totally free of social prejudice.

I took two tests so far:
-On the age preference, it shows I have a "moderate" preference of young people over old people. Consciously, I have heretofore claimed to have no prejudice.
-On the race preference, it shows I have "no" particular preference between African-Americans and European-Americans.
More to come.
I took that test and it tricked me, so I hate it. It equated "bad" with white people and "good" with black people. So I had it with it.

Racism and sexism are not yes-or-no things. Almost every one of us has a few slight biases. The best we can do is dig down and find them so we're aware of them, and then compensate.
Well, I'm ultimate proof that this test is fishy. It said that I showed a strong preference for European Americans...
Draqon, the test works like that. I think that it tries to measure our normal left/right response times, then forces us to make associations between two things and sees how our response times change (how easily/quickly we make those connections). If you had taken the entire test you would have also found a Good/Black vs. Bad/White section.
Question is: why is it not possible to strongly prefer African Americans, or does that result exist?
I'm guessing it's probably lumped into the "moderate" category.
The way I discovered this test was from the Discover Magazine online article below:

Some very interesting findings.
