What would you do without your TV, how much do you watch? I have been without one for 18 months now, and i just do not miss it. When i visited my folks i was amazed at some of the old shows they were re running, Bonanza, McGuyver, and the films are like from when i was a kid.
i dont watch a lot of TV, i would however be lost without the Kerrange channel on SKY!! i if i am honest coudl live without it, and just listen to music, now if you took music away from me that would be diiferant, i think i would commit murder without it.
Old? Nah, new series, new Doctor, new assistants, new... bugger. Still got Daleks and Cybermen. Brilliant.
Not this time round. They've actually given the show a budget, although one episode was filmed in quarry (purely for nostalgia's sake). Revamped. deadlier, added character and motivations, they can fly so aren't bothered about stairs. And they get some incredibly witty lines as well.
darleks dont fly they hover!! david tennat, makes an excellent dr who!! but they should not have got rid of rose they were in love
And they managed a bit more than hovering in London during the Dalek-Cyberman war. Tennant is great, better than the 'Ec, I think. I liked him in Casanova as well (bought the DVD). That's why they had to get rid of her - it would have to be her and him from then on, no more more assistants. Plus: unrequited/ failed love is more "dramatic" than a couple living together.
The only progs i miss are, star gate and fire fly, but star gate is all repeats now, atlantis was a poor spin off.
