It depends on the application of it.
I love mozzarella cheese on pizza, but I also love the pepper/monterey jack cheese dip at Messican restaurants.
Strawberry cream cheese is also yummy.
There are too many cheeses and too many ways to apply it to food/cooking for me to pinpoint one single favorite.

Is this a special brand of blue cheese with Absolute vodka? Else, how do you combine the two? Do you just eat a piece of blue cheese and chase it with a shot of vodka?

There is a big difference between store bought mozzarella and fresh mozzarella. If you get a chance, taste fresh mozzarella made from buffalo milk. Fresh means made that day. If it's older than 1 day, it changes texture and no longer tastes the same.

We go to burger places and when they ask my husband what kind of cheese he wants (Cheddar, Provelone, Swiss, Colby), I always die a little when he asks if they have American.
