Why? 10-23-07, 10:54 AM Blue with Absolute vodka? mikenostic 10-23-07, 10:54 AM And don't say American. It depends on the application of it. I love mozzarella cheese on pizza, but I also love the pepper/monterey jack cheese dip at Messican restaurants. Strawberry cream cheese is also yummy. There are too many cheeses and too many ways to apply it to food/cooking for me to pinpoint one single favorite. Spud Emperor 10-23-07, 10:55 AM Blue with Absolute vodka? Impressed! If you get a chance, taste fresh mozzarella made from buffalo milk. Fresh means made that day. If it's older than 1 day, it changes texture and no longer tastes the same. Orleander 10-23-07, 11:07 AM And don't say American. We go to burger places and when they ask my husband what kind of cheese he wants (Cheddar, Provelone, Swiss, Colby), I always die a little when he asks if they have American. Spud Emperor 10-23-07, 11:09 AM At bleast he doesn't say " yep, all of 'em' John99 10-23-07, 11:21 AM There is a big difference between store bought mozzarella and fresh mozzarella.
