Do any of you know other species of birds that can mimick human sounds other than parrots?

Sure. Among the non parrot-type birds, Mynah birds are known to
be very good talkers. Mocking birds are known to pick up quite a
few odd sounds, such as chain saws, cell phone rings and car alarms
among others. If they were kept in close contact with humans, they
could probably pick up a few words as well.
